Over the years, the Sarakasi artists have benefited from various international networks and partnerships where they have been part of cultural learning exchange experiences by identifying performance hubs, programs, centers and schools (regionally or overseas), who express their interest in creating learning opportunities for our professional artists.
As such Sarakasi has been part of many initiatives. To name the longest exchange programs in terms of time span:Â Â
Mundial Productions and Festival Mundial (Netherlands) performances and cultural exchanges (between 2003 and 2015);
. The Umoja Cultural Flying Carpet funded by the Norwegians where Sarakasi artists exchanged learning experiences with the Ethiopian Circus, Bagamojo Center Tanzania, MONO Mozambique amongst others (between 2007 and 2017);
Â
. FK Norway (Peace Corps) cultural training exchanges (Between 2015 and 2019)
